I'm moving out and want to close my OVO account, but I can't find where to submit my info online?

Hello!

 

I've moved house, and I'm trying to tell OVO on my OVO, but every time I try, it tells me I haven't entered a valid date…

 

I've tried just clicking on the date in the calendar which comes up, and I've tried typing it in, but its not working!

 

Anyone had any similar issues?
