How can I set up a direct debit with OVO?

Hiya ive recently gone to pay monthly and need to set up dd

Welcome to the community! 

 

Setting up or changing a Direct Debit

 

You can set up your Direct Debit in your online OVO account. You can change the amount you’re paying and the date there too. Log in and follow these steps:

  • Go to Home

  • Select Set up your Direct Debit

  • Choose which day you’d like us to collect your payment each month. This can be any date from the 1st to the 28th

  • Enter your Direct Debit amount. You can use our Direct Debit calculator to get an accurate prediction of what you should pay each month

  • Put in your details, including your full name, sort code and bank account number

  • Select Next

  • Check the details you’ve entered are correct

  • Select Confirm payments

 

We’ll send you an email within 3 working days to let you know it’s all set up.

Dear All

I have just move to my new flat and I need to set up the direct debt. The information of the flat is:*removed by mod*.

Your welcome team has already contacted me but at a time I could not pick-up.

I am trying to reach out to the welcome team by phone, but I enter the eletrônica queue and nobody picks-up my call. Yesterday I stayed 30 minutes on the phone and nobody picked-up.

Could you please call me back as soon as possible. I have a window now that I can talk on the phone. If you call me at a time I cannot answer, please provide me with a phone number that I can actually talk to someone.

Hi ​@Caio Thome , no one here has access to your account - you will need to get back in touch via phone or chat.

Just checking, if you’ve just moved in, you need to take the existing provider before any switch. If that’s already OVO you’re half way there.
