OVO has requested my June FIT reading but the link does not work. States “…...can’t reach this page”. I have emailed OVO but in my experience it will be many weeks before I get a reply. Anyone else having a problem submitting their reading please?
My link not working either…… after a VERY DODGY start after my unrequested transfer from SSE, this service improved……. Only to seemingly hit the buffers again. So get this SORTED ASAP OVO……
I have had the same problem the last two quarters and have emailed my figure in.
i spoke to someone who said they had not heard of the problem and would inform their IT people. Nothing has changed.
Perhaps we ought to shout at our PC’s and see if AI will sort it!
Thank you, not just me then! I have emailed but could be weeks before I get a reply. I will phone in my readings next week. Not impressed with OVO - nothing but problems from the start.
Same here. Link not working and nothing on website to direct you to fits reading submission. Even Google search can't find a fits reading submission area for OVO. Dire!
This has already been answered in another thread, so I’ll copy the answer over here.
Copy/paste the link manually - but get rid of the extra dot between readings and ovoenergy. That’ll fix this
It is easier on a computer, that much is true. Trying to pinch scroll through loooooooong links on your phone is painful.
Incorrect version is submit-export-readings..ovoenergy.com
Please correct it to submit-export-readings.ovoenergy.com and go from there - but do NOT modify any other part of the link!

The URL is customised for each user - only the full URL will work. :D

That’s presumably where the error is coming from. The button in the email appears to have the extra dot in its underlying URL, judging by the two screenshots here:
It looks and sounds as if Shelagh just clicked on the button and got the result in the upper screenshot. It’s not likely that several customers are managing to mangle the URL in the same way.

You need to open the link directly from the email first as you would normally, then modify it after it completely fails.

I’m glad some of you have managed to get through thanks to Blastoise186’s advice.
The issue is known to the team already, and I’ve reached out to them for their best advice on this for those who’re still not able to get through to it.
I’ll pop back on the thread when I’ve got an update from them.

"FIT reading link not working?" Why does it say "Solved" - it is not solved!
No quarterly email and web link not working.
I have raised this issue with Stevie on the chat helpline who updated my reading and I got an instant update email - thank you.
A complaint reference: *removed by mod*. - has been raised. I await further developments from the IT Team.
