Any compensation will come from your DNO (assuming the problem is with the power supply to your house and is not within your house, i.e a failed meter).

Use this website to find out who your DNO is - https://www.energynetworks.org/customers/find-my-network-operator

We had a new smart meter installed on 28th Nov and yesterday it failed. We’ve been without power since then. 28 hrs and counting.
How do we claim compensation?

Hey @Jim Dutton,

Really sorry to hear this,

If you’re off supply please contact the support team who will book in an emergency meter exchange, someone will be with you within the next 3-4 hours.
