This is usually an easy fix - just ask the Support Team to run XJoin and it usually fixes that.

Ihd not showing gas balance electricity is ok .also had a message saying gas meter initialised

Do you mean your account balance or how much energy you have consumed? I don’t think it’s designed to show your account data, it’s the other way around - it shows the data which is being sent to your account. After it’s been sent, you can see it online. Your meter knows your tariff and is able to transfer it into the money equivalent. 
 

Regarding the message, it’s a good news! It says that your IHD is communicating with your meter.

Its a PAYG meter (IHD) it shows how much credit in gas and electricity the electricity is showing my balance the gas is not . there's a message saying gas meter initialised.it was showing both balances previously

@Gordybiy thanks for your post, and sorry to hear about the IHD issues.

 

If the IHD isnb’t showing your gas balance in credit then I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team. They may need to run a remote request called an ‘XJOIN’, which should hopefully get the gas balance showing again. If it’s an issue with the meter itself rather than just the IHD, they’ll be able to see if this is the case as well.
