summer and winter bills the same despite different usage??

Can you please upload a screenshot of the meter readings page from your online account for last winter & this summer so we can compare. I wonder if some of the meter reads are estimated? Do you have a smart meter?

Hi, thanks for msg. Yes have smart meter but don't have a 'gadget ' and readings are not estimates,  very mysterious not sure what to do..

If you upload some screenshots we can take a look into this further for you ​@Lgi. What I’m trying to figure out if whether it’s your charges that have increased, which might be due to a plan change & your prices increasing. Or whether your actual meter reading usage is showing as high, in which case, it might be a meter fault. 

Could you also upload a screenshot of your plan page, please don’t include any personal information.
