Hi, I just noticed my charges / usage are much the same through this summer as last winter but I'm not using any heating??! I mean actual usage and charges not d.d / payment amount. Basically around 20 per week all year round which seems high...

Can you please upload a screenshot of the meter readings page from your online account for last winter & this summer so we can compare. I wonder if some of the meter reads are estimated? Do you have a smart meter?
