My make of boiler isn't covered in OVO's boiler cover?

Hello,

it's nearly time to renew my plan and it seems most plans have boiler cover however as i begin the application process it tell me my make of boiler (an Ideal) is not covered - quite odd as its a popular make.

Have you tried the OVO boiler cover service? We do cover Ideal, (unless it is an Istor model), so you should be able to sign up. Have you tried going through the online portal to sign up? The team did say the only other reason there could be an issue would be if it’s older than 18 years. 

 

If you have tried online and have had issues there, they have suggested giving the team a call on 0330 102 8256 to speak to the sales team if you’d like to know more.
