How quickly do your radiators get up to temperature with a heat pump (ASHP)?

Having recently enabled weather dependant mode and as the temps have dropped, my target LWT is 55° today.

After 2.5 hours of pump operation this morning (outside temp 1°), the LWT has reached 49°. Does everyone else’s system take this sort of time to get up to temp? Just want to check what the norm is before raising a query to Retrofit/Daikin.
