Website down and emails not going through?

Ovo web site seems to be down.  Does this happen a lot?  From others experience it looks like ovo don’t like certain emails.  I will report it as a fault.

Website is working fine from what I can see.

For emails, they generally match account emails for verification so it will depend on what you’re trying to send.

From my own experience, OVO is quiet open to any communication. I haven’t experienced any difficulties to reach them.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues, are you seeing some kind of error message? What is it you’re trying to do? 

 

As a couple of our community members have already said, there aren’t any known issues and you shouldn’t really have too much issue emailing in. As Blastoie186 mentioned, emailing from the same email address registered to the account will be best.
