'Similar homes' function not working on app

The 'similar homes' comparison function on my app has not updated since early May. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it's made no difference.  App functionality is otherwise fine. Any ideas?

​@TrevE ​@Belinda5 I’ve heard back from the team, who’ve confirmed that this was raised recently as a mass incident, so it may well be affecting all customers at the moment. This is currently being assessed by our Tech teams, and should hopefully be resolved very soon.

Mine is the same. Must be a glitch with the app at the moment.

        The 'similar properties' comparison function seems to be working again with retrospective date showing.
