Can you help us? We’re looking to invite certain parties to take part in a trial of a portal we’re launching to help 3rd party organisations manage changes of tenancy within their properties.
What is the 3rd party portal?
The new 3rd party portal is a dedicated space to make submitting change of tenancy requests as straightforward as possible, so you can spend less time on admin and have control of the updates.

Who’s eligible to take part in this trial?
Ideally you’d work for, or own, one of the following:
- A charity
- A property management agency
- Estate agents
We’re not currently looking to open this trial to general landlords at this time.
How does the trial work and how do I take part?
We want to get your feedback on how the portal works for you and if there’s any changes that would make things smoother overall.
