Engineer visit between 8am and 10am

Hello,

 

I work Mon-Fri and can’t take time off from work and OVO engineers don’t work on Saturdays. Would it be possible to get an appointment for an engineer to visit strictly between 8am and 10am? They usually don’t give time slots, it’s either “am” or “pm”. I;ve been requested to book an appt for the engineer to reset my meter.

We can’t do 2 hour slots, and most appointments are booked in 4 hour slots rather than am or pm. The earliest slot would have an engineer arrive any time between 8am and 12pm, there's a chance it'll overrun. There’s no possible way of our care team booking 8am-10am, only 8am - 12pm. Anyone over the age of 18 can be at the property, it doesn’t need to be yourself so if there’s anyone else over 18 who can be present this would also work.
