Does anyone know when the new website will be finished?

Thanks for your post, and sorry to see what’s happening here. You’ve mentioned that you ‘tended to pay gas pay as you go’. I just need to check - are you still an OVO customer for gas, and still Pay As You Go (PAYG)?

If you pay monthly for electricity, but are PAYG for gas, then you won’t be able to log in and manage both accounts, if both supplies are on the same account. because the supplies are split PAYM / PAYG, they need to be split across two separate accounts, so that you can access each separately, as they work in different ways.

If both supplies are on the same account, then the other option you’d have (and the tidier option in my opinion) would be to move the gas onto pay monthly, so that your Direct Debit would cover both fuels together. You’d then just have the one pay monthly account for both.

It might also be the case that there’s some other sort of issue here that’s preventing you from logging in. For example, it could be the case that your email address is linked to an old disused account, and must be removed, and the email address updated on the correct, current account.

We don’t have access to your account via the Forum, so you’ll need to contact our Support Team to ask them what’s happening, and they should be able to see the status of the account(s), and the issue preventing the log in.
