Direct debit increase

I recently received a message that my direct debit is going from £141 per month to £242! is this normal?

Nukecad, I am just trying to be friendly and supportive in my replies in the knowledge that sometimes things do go wrong. No, I am not an OVO Employee just a forum member that tries to help.

    Fine, but it can confuse people if you use language that makes it sound as if you are an employee, (eg “We” can sound like a corporate “We”),  so it’s best to avoid doing that.

    And TBH why should a forum member “be sad to see you leave OVO”? It’s no skin off your nose whether they do or not.

    This forum welcomes everyone not just OVO customers.
