Anytime Charge

Sorry to hear of the charging issue. Some advice on this from previous Hypervolt related posts:

Simple solution. Unlink charger and then relink. The good old then it off and then on again trick! And it's charging! 

I too have a Hypervolt and OVO Anytime with a Mokka-e. For me, the Hypervolt app is bypassed in the charging process, OVO has worked with the company for the OVO Anytime app to schedule/enable charging. So I plug my car in, and overnight, according to the schedule in the OVO app, my car is charged ready for 7am.

Try relinking everything - hopefully this’ll resolve the issue. Please let us know how you get on, and reach out to our Charge Anytime team if necessary. 

I have an Indra Smart PRO Gen 2, but the operation with Charge Anytime is probably similar to the Hypervolt.
Remove any charging schedules you may have set up in the car or Hypervolt apps. Only set a schedule in the OVO Charge app. Go to Account > Devices > Charger and add the Hypervolt.
On the Schedule page select the arrow next to “Smart scheduling preference”. There you can set the car’s battery capacity, and the time when you want the charge to finish.
We have 2 EVs, a Kia Niro EV 3 and a Renault Zoe ZE50. My youngest son also sometimes comes round to “borrow” some electricity for his Tesla.
You can change the battery capacity for the car being charged if you like, but I don’t bother and just leave it set at 65kWh. If (for example) you set the ready time for 08:00 the next day and the time is now 16:00, then OVO will switch the Hypervolt on/off to use electricity at the greenest / cheapest time. When you go out to the car at 08:00, the charging will have finished successfully.
By the way, there is never any need to use the Boost button. If you estimate how long the car will take to charge (usually the car’s app will provide that information) just set the ready time that far ahead. As an example, let’s say you plug the car in at 14:00 and note that it’s going to take 6 hours to charge, then set the ready time to 20:00. I usually also add another 30 minutes to the estimated time. i.e. set the ready time to 20:30.
The Indra works perfectly with OVO, and I suspect the Hypervolt will be the same.
