Renault Etech not connecting with Charge Anytime app

So now I have another issue, c/anytime app telling me I need to upgrade my Renault connected services which are all set up and working to access “smart” charging it must be a technical issue as another f/book member has the same issue, 2 x screenshots below. Starting to get very frustrating now.

I think you might need to contact Renault in this case - I’m not seeing any reported/logged issues with the systems that OVO uses. More often than not the issue lies on the EV manufacturer side of things.

Hi I eventually got a reply from the technical team for my not charging issue.

 

Thanks for your patience whilst we've looked into this for you.
 
We've been advised that there was an issue where customers saw intervention messages in the app in error. We're confident that the issue has been resolved, the error message you saw should no longer be visible and you should be able to use your app as normal.
 
We're sorry for any inconvenience during this time.
