Nissan app access through Kaluza/Enode failing

Hi OVO team, 

After the recent updates from Nissan UK, it appears while trying to add a new vehicle, the Kaluza/Enode request for access is still trying to access the old version of nissan eu app which after trying to login, keeps showing invalid credentials error message even though the credentials are correct. 

Please can this be fised ASAP.

I checked in with the Charge Anytime team on this one, they have said it’s a known issue and it's down to Enode and Nissan to fix, who are also aware and working on such a fix. 

 

If we here about a fix or have any updates we’ll pop them on this thread. Apologies for any inconvenience, hopefully they’ll be able to roll out a fix soon.🤞🏻
