New BMW will not connect to Ovo Charge App

I have ben running the app with my 530e without problem. I have change the vehicle for a new IX3 50 and other won't connect yo the app.

 

I have disconnected and reconnect several time sand felt t for an hour to settle down and them done it all again.

 

I know there ws a problem integrating with BMW but i though t td been sorted

Have you spoken with our Charge Anytime team about this yet? They should be able to triage the issue with you and help get you back online. 

 

You can get in touch directly Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm via:

No fix has been provided.

Fortunately we can use the time slot facility of the BMW app to smart charge instead of the useless OVO one

I just wanted to check in with you. I asked the Charge Anytime team for an update and they mentioned that during your last conversation, you were going to send over some screenshots.

 

Those would really help them raise a tech ticket and work on a solution. Could you let me know if you’ve had a chance to send them?
