I checked in with the team about this one and they’ve said you’ll need to speak to Hypervolt (you can do this here) to change your password to get you logged in and then you’ll be able to reconnect the charger to the internet.

I'm pleased to see your issue was resolved and the issue of storing passwords is always a tricky one as you are not supposed to write them down and I don't trust password managers as such to always remember what password I used. What I do may be of use.

I use a password protected Word document. The password for this you must never forget but at least it is only one password. Start the document, password protect the document, add your site URL and password and any memorable data that needs to go with it as a simple list. If the list gets big you can use the Find function.

Really important, save the document with some ordinary but obscure name that does not have the letters ‘pass’ in it. Please do not save it as The List Of All My Passwords. Choose something boring but something you can find again.

When you create a new password create it in your list of passwords, copy it and paste it into the webpage. That way you can be certain you've got the right spelling and capitalisation and other characters. Sometimes you can't do it from the webpage to your password document because what comes up on the screen is anonymised dots or asterisks. You could also keep that list off your online device like a memory stick but PLEASE make sure it has a back up.

You can of course use a password manager but that may not be available across all your devices. You could use a cloud password store facility but I don't like putting my passwords there. Passkeys are the new thing and I've not got any trust in that yet.
