hypervolt 3 offline changed ISP help

I changed my internet service provider. When I came to charge my car it would not register for smart charge. it has charged but on house rate. Panicked I took to internet to try and found out how to change. Found and started the procedure, part way through was asked for hypervolt password. Checked the booklet they gave on installation but nothing, wife suggested my password manager app. There it was started again and when asked inserted password, wrong. Tried couple of times but nothing joy. Y body got a work round for this, or know how to get charger back online?

Hey ​@DFC202 

 

I checked in with the team about this one and they’ve said you’ll need to speak to Hypervolt (you can do this here) to change your password to get you logged in and then you’ll be able to reconnect the charger to the internet.
