Do you have a compatible electric vehicle for Charge Anytime? Then you’ll need the Charge Anytime app (for Android here, for Apple here).

  1. The app will ask for an email address, you can use single-sign on with Google or sign in with Apple.
  2. You’ll then be asked to set your home location. Drop a pin where the charger is, or as close as you can get it.
  3. Finally, the app will ask you for your vehicle manufacturer’s app username and password. This will give Charge Anytime the permission to tell the car the best times to charge.

Then you’re set up! You can add more cars in the Account tab.

To use Charge Anytime just set the ‘Ready By’ time on the clock face of the app, plug the car in and leave it until the time that you’ve set.

The ‘Savings’ tab will keep track of how much you’ve saved. This credit will get taken from your bill, at the end of the month as credit. Not seeing your credit when you expect? See this topic for more details:

Avoid setting any other instructions on your vehicle or charger. Just set the ‘Ready By’ time in Charge Anytime and leave it until the time you’ve set.

Check out the Charge Anytime FAQs or Charge Anytime page for more information.

I keep getting his message when I try to charge my Audi. I have deleted my car from the Charge anytime app and tried to add again but cannot do it as his comes up to stop me.
