Charge Anywhere - will credit in wallet be used when charging?

Hi, I have £120 credit on my charging credit wallet. Can I just find a charger on the app and plug in and it uses that credit up?

Great question, glad to see Blastoise186 has already stopped by.

 

You’ll need to start the charge using the app. The app will take a £30 prepayment. If your charge is lower than the £30 prepayment the remaining amount will be refunded once the charge is completed and we’ve received a record of the session from the charging point operator.

 

Credit will be used automatically and will be deducted from your invoice. If you purchase a Charge Card from us then it will work the same without having to use the app.

AFAIK… Yup! It should automatically draw from credit first.

Okay so I started the charge from my app and it shows a charge from it on my bank account but my ovo credit os still full

Yea still not too sure. Theres a £30 on my bank account but the charging credit has gone down a bit. 

Its not very well explained on the app. Is the bank charge just a hold charge that will come back to me as long as I have ovo credit?
