Hi @TMint ,
Try disconnecting the Charger from within the Charge Anytime app and then re-adding it. That seems to have solved it for some folks in a matter of seconds.
If that still chokes, give OVO a call on 0330 175 9678 and the Charge Anytime team will jump on this for you.
Hey @TMint
Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with Charge Anytime.
One of our volunteers, Blastoise186 has already left some really helpful advice here;

I’d recommend giving this a go and see if that works, we’ve seen it work for others elsewhere such as the topic below:
Keep us updated with how you get on trying those steps.
Thanks for your replies . I started an emergency charge in the OVO app and this worked. I then unplugged my EV from the Hypervolt charger and waited for the app to indicate unplugged. This then showed a schedule from 2151 (two minutes later) finishing at 0900 which I used and worked well.
Concern is that if I hadn’t done this procedure, I wouldn’t have got a charge and had a low battery in the morning. Maybe a coincidence that the schedule showed to start 2 minutes after I had unplugged.
Scheduled charges seem to be showing OK now in the Hypervolt app.
I have the Hypervolt 3 and use OVO Charge Anytime; the Hypervolt app isn’t used at all, all charging is controlled by the OVO Charge Anytime app. I successfully charge all the time using the schedule on the OVO app.
My Hypervolt 3 is the same and controlled via the OVO Charge Anytime app and also works well. The scheduled charge times are shown on the Hypervolt app but I can’t see scheduled charges in the OVO CA app. I only have battery capacity and Ready by time.
My understanding is, and I can’t give you a link to refer to, is that OVO and Hypervolt worked together so that the Hypervolt app is essentially redundant once setup. All scheduled charges come from the Charge Anytime app.
Of course, it could be that the car is the difference; Mokka-e here.

Yes you’re right. It’s just that the schedule times are shown in the Hypervolt app and I didn’t have anything showing that evening. I usually get an indication of when the next scheduled time is. I can’t see any scheduled times using the OVO CA app.

It’s worth remembering that Charge Anytime will ask you to set a “Ready by” time, as it will charge when the grid is at its greenest. We have a topic hub with lots of handy articles I’ll link below, and if you have any specific questions, you can either call or email our Charge Anytime team, and they’ll be happy to help:
I hope this helps!
