Can I add a second car to my Charge Anytime?

Glad to hear you’re having a smooth journey with all three cars using via the compatible charger! By setting up the charger rather than the cars themselves with Charge Anytime, it does allow you to charge as many cars as you want.

​@Abby_OVO  while it is going well, your increase to 14p is NOT welcome.  I am investigation moving from OVO, but as yet I cannot find another Tarriff that supports 3 cars, so you are lucky I am still with Ovo right now, but I am hoping that will change.  Doubling the price is simply not acceptable.  

I need to add my wife’s electric car to Ovo Charge (mine is already registered - they are entirely different vehicles). In the FAQ here: https://intercom.help/ovocharge/en/articles/12117489-can-i-add-multiple-evs-to-charge-anytime it says:

“ To add another EV, go to the OVO Charge “Devices” page and select the “Connect another vehicle” button.”

However, I can see no “Connect another vehicle” button on the “Devices” page! Am I missing something?

If you’re using the Charger method you don’t need to do anything further - simply plug in!

If you’re using the Vehicle method and it’s not working out, try 0330 175 9678 and the team can help with that.
