Good evening @looby22 ,

Sorry for the wait! Forum Volunteers such as myself check-in on a random basis when we’ve got some free time, so we might not always reply quickly. We’ll always know you’re waiting though!

Sounds to me very much like the Meter has gone into Free Vend Mode. Your electricity supply will remain ON and you temporarily have “Unlimited” Credit. However, you’ll need to pay this back later.

Please call OVO Support in the morning on 0330 175 9669 and report this. It’ll require an engineer visit to resolve.

Thanks!

Hey @looby22

Sorry to hear about this but I’m really glad to see Blastoise186 has already stopped by with some really helpful advice.

Let us know how you got on, or if you’re still having any issues.

By the way, I just realised that I fat fingered the Charge Anytime number rather than PAYG Support, sorry about that! Been typing that one out far too often recently! :D

I’ve fixed my response so the number should now be correct.
