Is this via the Hyundai app? It might be worth reaching out to Hyundai to check how/if this is available via their app if it’s not available to you.

 

If it’s via the Charge Anytime app, you can reach out to the team for help by:

 

  • Call 0330 175 9678 (Option 1 new customers/option 2 existing customers) 

  • Email via chargeanytime@ovo.com

  • Webchat, click the link then the green chat icon at the bottom right of the page

Sorry to hear you were having some trouble with charging the car, but I’m glad to hear it did charge overnight.

 

If you do experience any issues in future, always feel free to pop back to the Forum and we’ll all do what we can to help. 😊

Thanks Abby, tried to charge again  yesterday,  plugged in at 2pm. Both  CA and car app say car unplugged and no option to start urgent charge. However car did charge overnight again. Just worried I don't have urgent charge option for when i need it.
