I have had the quote through for an EV charger to be installed at my house.

Struggling to find any information on payment options ( All upfront or added to bill)  or what happens once you confirm quote.

Any help appreciated.

Hey @nathanojerya

I’ve had confirmation from the team that payment is required upfront only, this would take place when you accept the quote you’ve received.

You’ll then receive an appointment date for the next available date.

Hope this helps.🙂

Howdy @nathanojerya !

Bear with me. I think we can find out, but I need to get an assist on this one. Give us a few days and we’ll see if we can dig up an answer for you.

Hi @nathanojerya , as you say there isn’t much detail online but given that this is available for non OVO users as well, that would suggest that it’s pay upfront

Hey @nathanojerya

I’ve reached out to the team to clarify the next step, how and when payment will be taken.

I’ll pop back on this thread when I have the answers from the team.
