Updated on 27/02/25 by Bradley_OVO - We have now made the decision to put the introduction of charges for paper bills on hold indefinitely.

Hi @Mousey6 ,

Please note that the following groups can remain on paper bills at no charge if they wish, but can still opt to go paperless if they desire it:

  • Customers on the Priority Services Register (PSR)
  • Customers who receive Adaptive Comms
  • Customers who we think should be on the PSR
  • Customers who might potentially be financially vulnerable

IIRC you can change to Paperless via MyOVO or by letting OVO Support know.
