When does Ovo start charging £1.50 for paper bills as I can’t see it being added on my January bill?

Please note that the following groups can remain on paper bills at no charge if they wish, but can still opt to go paperless if they desire it:
- Customers on the Priority Services Register (PSR)
- Customers who receive Adaptive Comms
- Customers who we think should be on the PSR
- Customers who might potentially be financially vulnerable
IIRC you can change to Paperless via MyOVO or by letting OVO Support know.
