From 15 July Ohme chargers will no longer be compatible with Charge Anytime. We’ve recently updated the technology behind Charge Anytime. This is so we can keep making improvements and create new products that reward customers for driving EVs.

It's not been possible to integrate Ohme with this new technology. If you have an Ohme charger you’ll still be able to sign up to Charge Anytime by connecting with an eligible vehicle. We’re constantly looking to open up the eligibility to more EV models so if you don’t see your EV here, keep an eye on our page.

You can see all eligibility details in our Charge Anytime page here.

Not with OVO? You can still check your compatibility before you switch.

From what I’ve seen the 7p rate was effective from 1/7 so I would guess that would be the active date for that rate. It would be OVO detail rather than Ohme which would be relevant.
Presumably you’ve been through the compatibility check before signing up. But there’s also often a short delay after switching OVO (you don’t say when you switched).

thank you for your reply

i did do the compatibility check and everything was ok, i switched to OVO on 26/07 and applied Charge Anytime to my account today, 01/08 which is showing active on my account now on the EV hub.

just got a confirmation email from OVO stating my Charge Anytime is active at 7p/kWh so i think i just panicked when i saw 10p/kWh when setting up my Ohme charger to my account

so yes, you are correct, it is the OVO detail not Ohme that is relevant, thank you for your help, i’ve calmed down now 😂
