what are Ovo offering those with meters that arent compatible with thencurrent lower tariff times

My meter has been replaced by ovo in the last few years and they tell me it is not suitable for the current best price offer. Its dual tariff foe night and day rates.  How many / what percentage of users are affected by this and what are they going to offer us instead
