Step 1- Disconnect your charger from Charge Anytime -- what does this mean?

Just seen the email from Ovo about needing to take steps to keep on the Anytime plan.  It includes this statement 

 

 

Step 1- Disconnect your charger from Charge Anytime

 

Anyone know what his means? Disconnect your Ohme car charger from the mains? From the car ?

 

Or is it just unlinking Ohme and Ovo via the apps?  If so, poor choice of language I'd say!

From what I’ve seen, you’ll need to rebuild your Ohme account to do that. Here’s the info you need:

First: https://ohme-ev.com/support/how-to-disconnect-my-account-from-my-ohme-charger/

Second: https://ohme-ev.com/support/how-do-i-pair-my-ohme-charger-to-the-app/

Third: grab the OVO Charge app and setup your EV directly through that

Download the OVO Charge app from the App Store or Google Play
