I received a voucher  code from ovo for £50 credit. It was issued on the 16 Jun 2023, 2:41 pm.  I went to the shop today and he said its not working

Unfortunately, it’s probably expired. From what I understand, they only usually last 30 days with the exception of some of the secret config codes I know of.

Will I be able to get a new voucher code for £50 please. You can see on the system that I haven't used it. Please

It can be done, but not through me I'm afraid. As a Forum volunteer, I don't have access to internal systems.
