I’ve been waiting 5 months to get my solar panels ownership transferred.

I noticed on Friday (for the first time) a pylon icon, which I understand means we are net contributing to the grid (i.e. generating more than we’re using).

My question is does this mean the ownership process has now been completed, or is it that I’ve just never noticed this before?

Hi @TonyB-Dorset , the pylon icon normally means that the SMHAN export is working.

You will still need the rest of the process to be completed as far as I’m aware to be able to move forward

Incidentally, I presume you’re seeing the pylon on your IHD (in home display) rather than the smart meter itself?

Yes, that’s right. Given your explanation, I guess I just haven’t noticed it before.

I was hoping that it meant some magic had happened in the background, as it’s been 6 months now, waiting for the “back office” team to do their thing.
