Problem with topping up PAYG smart today? Paypoint issue?

I’ve tried to top up my PAYG smart electricity meter today as I have nearly run out of credit but I get a message saying Meter Top Up Failure. Is there a problem with topping up today? Can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Thanks for any help.

Paypoint has been struggling recently for some reason. If it keeps failing, please let Support know.

 

Sometimes there are app downtimes for things like maintenance, for more on any upcoming planned outages check out the topic below:

    I'm having issues today and it's via iPhone app says its doing essential maintenance have used card to top up but not showing on smart meter and been over 3 hours now nearly out of credit and still got meal to cook
