Always worth trying the following for any sites that behave oddly:

Try a different browser.

Turn off the add blocker. If you are using one.

Turn off your VPN, if you are using one.

If its a Windows PC, try an actual restart, not a power off and on again.

I resolved the issue, the page gets partly blocked if you're using an adblocker, so I switched to mobile data.

I'm not sure why your reply is marked as the answer when it isn't the answer. :)

I'm attempting to register for power move, but the page  https://account.ovoenergy.com/power-move says there's a problem and I cannot access it after logging in.

I worked out a while back that this “OOps” problem with the ‘Path to Zero/Power Move’ page is often linked to your browsers security settings
