Problem connecting Charge Anytime app to Porsche Panamera

I had no issues with the app and a previous EV. I have a pod point charger so use the Charge Anytime app to control when the vehicle charges.

 

ive tried to connect my new Porsche Panamera and can find my car when logging in to my Porsche Account via the Charge Anytime app, but it fails at the final hurdle having said that connections was successful initially. 


Any tips?

Replying to myself rather than taking the post down in case it helps anyone else… 

I resolved this by re-setting my OVO Charge Anytime account and then removing the app. When I received a new link on email (with a different account number), the process occurred smoothly. It has also remembered charges on my previous vehicle.
