OVO smart meter app on Android has not up dated since the 22nd May?

 My smart meter OVO smart meter app on Android has not up dated since the 22nd May

This issues was fixed before and everything working well. I have the latest version,and been updated

I have topped up today,the in home display is showing the correct amount
 

Anyone else having issues,or is OVO company aware of this issue? Thanks

Still no solution to my smart meter app not working.
Been like this since the 22nd May.I did a webchat call,but that was very un helpful
 I have tried all kinds of things, re booting my in home display,re-installing the app etc
Nothing working,just wondiering if anyone else has reported this issue
Or is it with Paypoint as I have had no information  at all,


  UpdateI have spoken to an agent via the webchat, today and confirmed there is an issue with the  OVO app and its currently being worked on,to resolved the issue
Affecting all customers with Pay as You go

Most likely it’s PayPoint… Again…

Best I can suggest is that you let OVO know about this.

 Still the same as before,I have un-installed the app, re-installed same issue.No update since 22nd may

My in home display is working fine and I checked the smart meter itself all fine
Looks like the same issue before,wonder if anyone else is reporting this? I had managed to top up before the scheduled maintenance

I’m sorry to hear this, sounds very frustrating. Please keep us posted with how you get on & when this resolves itself.

    So far looks like the issue is fixed,my app is behind by one day.Lets hope the fix is a permanent one
