Ovo £5 Survey

I can have a look into this for you. Did you receive this survey link through an email or was in on your online account? 

Cx received a power move email containing a survey which said they would receive £5 credit if they completed he survey. When/ How long does it take for survey credits to be paid?

@Chris_OVO It was on my online account I think but can't be 100% sure.

I spoke with the Power Move Flex team and they’ve said that the survey closes on the 25t November and the reward will be added on your next statement 😊

​@Chris_OVO Do I understand correctly, it’s going to be listed as ‘Power Move Flex’ separate from the PM Flex earned credit? If it’s correct, then it looks that I have received this survey credit.
