On OVO app there is no longer the ability to see your usage in £’s in daily only kWh?

Set the app to Weekly and you’ll see the Daily usage you desire.

If you want more than that:

I use the OVO app and can see what you are looking for if you select “Usage” at the bottom of the screen. You can select various options like £/KWH, year, week, month, day. Is this what you are looking for?

I've experienced the same issues. Quite frustrating showing Kwhs rather than dail £ used. Resetting the Ovo App to daily, weekly or monthly doesn't rectify the problem? Ovo needs to reset the App, so we can see the daily usage in £.

I cannot reproduce this issue using Dewott and App V19.2.0/CodePush V466.

Blastoise186 hi,  not sure I understand your response? Really, it's just a question of the App showing daily usage in £...as it used to do some 3 or 4 days ago.

Thanks for replies, I know you can look at £’s in weekly but it was nice to scroll back and see the daily cost until the function disappeared. Perhaps I will ring them and see if app needs a reset.

I still can’t reproduce the issue I’m afraid - even after getting someone I know at OVO to force my account to use the new OVO Beyond experience in the app.

Selecting any of the Weekly, Monthly or Yearly options correctly shows the option to see things in pounds and pence - the same as it’s always been.

As far as I can tell, Weekly/Monthly does show exactly that if you tap View as Table.

In terms of my previous comment, that’s more for the Forum Moderators and those at OVO who watch these threads. Dewott is the codename/nickname for a device I own that’s well known to OVO’s internal teams - and it’s often used for my bug hunting along with Oshawott and Samurott. I use these codenames because it’s quicker to type them out instead of using the full details every time, and also shields certain info from public view. Hope that explains it!
