November Power Move credit in OVO account?

From the beginning of the ‘autumn challenge’, there has been a superfluous Power Move entry with a zero amount on my current period billing page. When the previous month’s PM reward is posted, on the first of the month this time, it’s separate from the new superfluous entry:

It will be the Power Move credit that you earned for November, which will be credited against your current period (December) bill.

Mine is also showing against the current period, even though I haven’t had the November PM result email yet.
If I remember it was the same last month, the PM reward shows in the online account before you get the result email sent to you. (I think there were a couple of posts about it).

Got an email today to say l achieved my target wasn’t much better than nothing that was end of November. did it for yesterday as well don’t how l did for that one yet.

I believe that’s the Power Move Plus and not Power Move.

Yes. it is confusing having such similar names for 2 very different things.

Well l am guessing so yes it can be confusing. the one where you don’t use power  for some time to meet your target.

Power Move is over the whole of a month and you have to meet a target percentage, it’s the same target % for everyone taking part..

Power Move Plus is a series of one off events where you are given a personal target of kWh to meet for a time period on a particuar day. It’s a different kWh target each time and each customer taking part has a different personal target.

That looks like it could be because your billing period is just after the month end and so it's showing both the PM month just gone November -£15 and also the month just started December which is -£0 because you haven't earned the December reward yet.

If so then I'd expect it to show the same next month with -£15 for Dec and then also -£0 for Jan.

(Presuming there is still a Power Move in January).

Cheers @Nukecad, my billing crossing from the 5th of one month to the 4th of the following month could account for it I suppose.  Still puzzling, though, the difference in the presentation for Sep and for Dec.  Oh well, no biggie! It’s of no moment really, and as you say it’ll be interesting to see what happens at the end of December…always assuming I cut the mustard for the December PM, of course.

 I've had my £15 Power Move credit added to my December bill but does anyone know when the 16th/29th November Power Move Plus credit goes on to my energy bill?

That goes on end of this month I think, it did last year.
