I contacted them this morning. It shows as being changed on there end. They asked me to wait a month to see if it sorted it’s self out, if not to get back in touch.

They’ve already kicked in. If your meter hasn’t updated, you can ask OVO to try the SMETS Command Update Tariff Configuration to force it through. Latest rates at https://plans.ovoenergy.com .

If your meter hasn’t updated, you can ask OVO to try the SMETS Command Update Tariff Configuration to force it through. 

@Blastoise186 [and @Abby_OVO if you know ...] How long do you suggest we should wait for the tariff data to be updated before pestering Support? Days? Weeks?

I’d say one month, to allow enough time for automated retries and queues to clear. Sometimes these updates are done in batches!
