Missing Power Move flex results for this week?

Has anyone had their results email this week?

I expected to receive it at the beginning of the week to see if I earned any free electricity for Sunday but I didn’t get it yet. 
do you still get the email even if you didn’t earn enough?

I think you only find out about your free hours usage when you get your next bill.

Well you usually get an email to say how well you have done then it tells you about your free time of hours you will get. mine is on a Sunday but it’s no good to me as l am work that day. so l miss out so it can’t be helped.

I am getting a bit confused here - do some people on the Power Move Flex trial get rewarded with free hours ?  I simply get money off bill, same as with last trial.

That is correct. The rewards depend on which cohort you’re in.

Well l am guessing you would get it off your bill not sure but my free hours are always a Sunday that is when l am working. so l am missing out. not a lot l can do in that case.
