Leaving OVO

Still waiting for my account to migrated across to a newer system which is now taken over 6 months🙄. My contract runs out next month would it be quicker to leave OVO go to another supplier and then return ?

That’d take at least three months. It’s possible the migration might finish faster than that.

    Hi,

     

    I have signed up to a new fixed tariff that doesn't begin until may 26th, if I left now would I still have to pay the £75 per tariff release charge?

    The 14-day cooling off period timer doesn’t start until the contract start date. Changing it now would waive the fee.
