Where do we learn the art of time travel as i’d like in on that please 😅

 

The Power Move Flex team made an error with the dates, so the actual event is 12 midnight tonight—3am and will be a power-up event. During this time, you can use as much energy as you need to help hit the targets, so if you have any appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, or tumble driers, this is the time to use them. You could set a timer at any point today so these can come on automatically during the event tonight. 

 

I'm sorry for any confusion this caused you all. You'll get an updated email today to confirm, as they're working on amending it now. 

 

You haven’t missed out on an event just a slight hiccup with the dates given

Morning @supercitybity - I got the same and have messaged Ovo as I presume there must be there must be an issue …or we gonna have to learn the art of time travel :)

    What was the point of sending a Power Move Flex email at 7:10am for an event ending at 3am the same morning??

    I believe that it’s actually 12 MIDNIGHT on the 24th to 03:00 on the 25th.

    Or if you prefer 00.00 to 03.00 on the 25th.

    People, including OVO staff, do get confused about what date ‘Midnight’ falls on.

    Yes, I had that too and queried it with the online chat this morning. I've now had another email correcting it to 12am to 3am on 25th so it's tonight. You should receive the email correction.
