Kaifa M120 displays Rates 1 and 2 for Economy 7, OVO are invoicing the 2 rates separately but IHD3 only shows 1 rate

Kaifa M120 displays Rates 1 and 2 for Economy 7 Metering, OVO are invoicing the 2 rates separately but IHD3 only shows 1 rate? How can I see both rates on my IHD3 as I was told I would?  Can anyone help?

Hey @Flindy ,

The IHD3 should show the currently active Rate during the hours it runs for. Try checking it shortly after Midnight. :)

    Not sure if you have a user guide for the IHD but I think this should be for the IHD3

      The IHD3 should show the currently active Rate during the hours it runs for.

       

      @Blastoise186 Just for the record, my IHD3 linked to an Aclara SGM 1416B set for E7 stubbornly refuses to show any reading other than total active import, i.e. the sum of the peak and offpeak registers. Can you explain how to persuade it to show either both registers or, failing that, the currently active register as you say it should?
