Is it worth opting into Power Move Flex with solar panels

I have solar panels and the majority of Power Move Flex times are when I am using no energy regardless of what appliances I have on because the solar panels are generating. It does not seem worth it to opt in.

    I use the mantra, if its free then you`ve got to be in it to win it, gone are the days of £12 per month for using energy out of peak times, I also have a (small 2.4kw) Solar PV system but it`s south east facing and my output starts to drop around 4.30pm, as we move into winter and with currently loosing 4 minutes a day PM might become useful when the PV output drops, but remember it is FREEEEEE to enter the promotion.

    Is the inverter the item in my loft or in the meter cupboard outside? I realise, may be different for everyone. I have no clue as to how to adjust any settings for it.

    I doubt it would be in the meter cupboard ​@Jasmin10 . It’s a control box of a fair size usually and you should have remote access via an app or web link.

    Lol, thank you. I know what it is now and it’s in my loft. I have no remote access to it and have never been told I can. I have the Moixa app where I can monitor solar generation and it’s distribution, and battery level. I have no means of changing any settings of anything.
