Update: Issue resolved!

The TLS Certificate was accidentally left to expire which was causing these issues. It has been renewed this morning and should be working now.

Any further issues, please let us know here on the Forum and we’ll ping our contacts.

Hello @Tomo79

My understanding is that you should be using the Kaluza web app. though how you switch is another matter. There is a reply from @Blastoise186 on another thread explaining

Ohme/Indra use a different integration method than other Chargers - the Charge Anytime stuff for Ohme devices is managed via the Ohme app rather than the CA app and for Indra, it’s via the Kaluza web app.

Everything since then uses the CA app, which kinda makes things more slick but the original integrations can’t be migrated now - it’s best to let those run as-is.

I managed to access the web app just now although the browser reports an invalid (probably expired) certificate. That might be why you don’t get there

Thanks Taj, but I've been using the indra app for the last 2 years without issue, it just seemed to stop this week.

That's exactly what the problem is, I've just tried using another browser and the warning came up but allowed me to continue. Thank you very much.

By a strange coincidence the Kaluza web app page also reports expired certificates. Are the two apps more or less the same and interchangeable? I seem to remember a thread that implied this was the case. It’s of interest to me as the Kaluza app/Indra charger, while working perfectly with charge anytime, don’t play ball very well when Solar charging. I’m wondering if it is better handled in the Indra web app. You don’t by any chance have solar panels @Tomo79 🤞

The certificate did expire yesterday evening:

It’s the same Kaluza certificate for several different domains:

Taj, I don't have solar panels no, I've never used the Kaluza web app either.

There is a link between Kaluza and Indra so there may be some background sharing here

Looks like the TLS Certificate failed to renew...
