Has anyone else had problems with the charger unlocking ? Twice now since updating to the new app, I’ve used the lock functionality when I’ve been away for a few days, then on return unlocked it on the app and plugged in for a scheduled charge overnight, only for it to not charge, and just keep pushing back the “Next Planned Charge” slot.

The only way I can get it to actually charge is to use the Boost function for a few minutes, then, after stopping that, it successfully charges. its almost like the Unlock function doesn’t quite unlock everything and it needs the Boost to actually kick it into life again.

This is happening too frequently  - Indra app shows my car is plugged in - Ovo app says it isn't! I MUST have my car charged by morning!!!

Deleted your Charge Anytime account and re-install.

See if that works.

I did that earlier this week. It did charge overnight last night but neither the Indra or Ovo apps said it did!

@Gingernut49 sorry to hear of another issue! Very frustrating.

 

It might be with going into your app settings on your phone and making sure that your apps are set to auto-update if they’re not already. Sometimes it can be possible that app issues occur due to having an out of date version of an app. The OVO app is a good example, sometimes things may not work properly if it hasn’t been updated with any recent changes made by our back office teams.
