I've stopped receiving emails of Power Move Flex times

Hi all

I'm part of the power move and used to recieve emails everyday however I no longer receive these, how do we still accept times lots?

Our current trials are now closed, and we'd like to thank our users for their participation.

 

 

Just to clarify, the Power Move Flex Summer Challenge is the one that just ended. New challenges will probably show up again in the future, so I’d recommend keeping an eye out for them.

If they do get launched, it’ll be announced via the Forum and a few other places.

Me too, no notifications of Power Move flex since 03 October. I did wonder if it was because i was away and not taking part at the end of September into early October.  I did email OVO and had an acknowledgement but NO ANSWER to my question. ,

I’m glad to see some of our other users have already stopped by with some helpful advice here, the most recent Power Move Flex trial has ended, the team are in the process of setting the next up outside of the trial and you’ll be contact in the coming months about what’s upcoming.😊

Thanks for clarifying the situation. I was probably informed, may have missed as periods I’ve been unwell. I get so many emails after a few days not looking I have to delete as it becomes overwhelming. I’ll keep an eye out for an announcement

I got them for a random 5 days in October but nothing before and nothing since... very strange!!

My app tells me there is something new coming on the 27th. Which is today. But no email or other option to opt in?

Has anyone else had it?

I have seen it and looked at the T & C’s.

It’s called “A little help with your heating” and is a scheme based on your GAS usage.

If you are an electricity only customer and don’t use gas you can still take part though.

It will give you a choice of 2-hour slots each week where you can use up to 5 kWh of GAS for FREE in each of the 2-hours. So up to 10 kWh of gas free each week.

If you are an electricity only customer then you will be given the equivalent standard cost of 10 kWh of gas for each 2-hour slot that you pick. That’s 63p per slot chosen.
(So electricity only customers can simply pick a slot each week for 4 weeks and get a £2.52 credit the next month. Not bad for remembering to tap a button once a week).

It is only available in the App.

It is supposed to open today so that you can pick a slot for next week, but it hasn’t opened just yet.

Coming soon changed to Sign up for me half an hour ago. It doesn’t seem to work yet, but they’re obviously hard at it.
