I am presently with OVO for my gas only but would like to have both gas and electricity with OVO. How do I change this? I can’t seem to find an upgrade for both, only gives me an option for a new gas tariff when I attempt it online

Hi
You should be able to do an Electric Only switch. I just checked and I was offered that myself. If you do that, it’ll link to your existing account.
Otherwise, give OVO a call on 0330 303 5063 and they can help you out.
